You have already registered as a donor and are now attempting to register as a recipient.

Please log out and login again as a donor not as a recipient by clicking on the “Members Login” link on the top right of your screen. Use the email address and password you used to sign up with when you registered as a donor. Please remember to select “Donor” on the drop down menu for Account Type when you log in.
